25 years of Grzelczyk (C-184/99) 📣 🎓 A French student living in Belgium was denied a minimum income allowance because he was not in the workforce, although this was not a requirement for Belgian applicants. The #CJEU ruled that this constituted discrimination, contrary to EU law.
