This week we took the fight for working people to #TUC2026 ✊ Together, we made the case for properly funded public services, fair treatment at work, an end to profiteering, and an economy that works for everyone, not just the wealthy few. ✊ Public services. Fair pay. Workers' rights.

The dangers of AI aren’t just a future issue - they're already here. Workers are monitored, hired and fired on the basis of algorithms. Decisions about your care, housing and benefits are being shaped by AI. Our human rights are under threat. Yet almost no one was asked first.  buff.ly/TMr4EWW

Andy Burnham is right. If Wales can remove profit from children’s care, it can do the same for adult social care. Only with a national care service will there be a chance of saving our overstretched NHS and ensuring fair pay for staff.
