Dyna-1, developed by Scripps Research professor Dorothee Kern and colleagues, predicts micro-to-millisecond protein dynamics in roughly 30 seconds. Published in Nature, the model was trained on missing NMR assignments to identify protein regions likely to move.

Hi Frederic, the numbers in the left column of a shaped pulse file are amplitude values expressed as percent of the power defined by SPWx or SPDBx. The values are almost always scaled to have 100 or 9.999...e+01. he right hand columns are the phases in degrees.
