A slender German Shepherd mix, what is mixed with, I don’t know she’s a rescue. She may be part sight hound of some sort with a long pointy nose, silken curly fur and a physical build that is very long and skinny. Maybe she’s part fae creature. She’s in a little antler hat.

When you’re reading #thegoblinemperor and you love @pennyvixen.bsky.social descriptions of body language including how the ears move but then can’t help picturing the characters like:

Reading is a miracle. I'm severely dyslexic, and was illiterate until I was ten. I was treated like an idiot, worthless, a problem. Thanks to the Wilson Reading Program and one dedicated teacher working one on one with me over a summer I learned to read and write. That changed everything for me.

When people gender Murderbot I’m reminded of the Brave Little Toaster. It’s not a girl or a boy, it’s a toaster but people still want to say it’s male or female. It’s a not, it’s a toaster.
