Very nice benchmark of my fitness improving from riding to work! Same route but a huge difference: First ride, 2 months ago: time 22:10, avg speed 15.6kmph, avg heart rate 140 This morning: time 19:27, speed 18.3kmph, heart rate 135 Also, way less sweaty than at the start!
