I’m glad it wasn’t serious and your neighbor offered to help. off leash dogs make me nuts. I had a guy get offended and snippy with me the other day because he was walking his Chow (!) off leash and I scooped up Ned. He was like “she’s not bothering you” like, bro am I supposed to wait?
