You intend to buy two Doctors Pepper today. You have no special knowledge about this machine. Is your strategy: A. Left button twice B. Right button twice C. Left first, then right D. Right first, then left

Apparently TV Malaysia had a show called Candid Gamera "We thought It would be funny to give Kenny a giant radioactive turtle" (Sadly I think it's a misprint)

I saw this on film a while back, but it's been long enough that I'll definitely go to this. MOREOVER, if there's a 4K scan now maybe it'll finally get a decent home video release...

My sneakers recently hit their breaking point and I tried buying SLIGHTLY cheaper, SLIGHTLY less name-brand shoes than the already very inexpensive shoes I usually wear, and friends, that was a mistake

One of my favorite things about lain is that it really speaks to my deeply held belief that if you accumulate enough junk in your room you will eventually become superhuman

Because it came up in conversation with @mattschley.com and @wah.bsky.social the other day, let me show you the worst home-video packaging of all time

Roughly the size and shape of modern plastic DVD case, but visibly made of cardboard

If you lock yourself in a theater in Ikebukuro and watch four of them in a row then they average out to be...kind of ok!

Schedule for four Tomie movies, starting at 10pm and ending at 5:40am

Ocarina of Time is mostly about the differences between childhood and manhood, which mainly that boils down to having three pairs of shoes that you have to cycle through regularly instead of one.
