I've stood in line at 7am on a Friday, at 10am or something on a Saturday, on congested and non-congested Thursdays (and Fridays and Sundays), but I have never spent 3+hrs being looped around a building twice (at one point zigzagging in 3-5 rows) and it wasnt even the main building for pickup
