Suite Lottery InformationEligibilityAll lottery applicants must have a paid registration through MyFWA.com before filling out the suite lottery form.Anyone without a paid registration will be removed from the lottery.All lottery applicants are treated equally regardless of when they apply, as long as the form is submitted before the deadline.Key DatesLottery Form Closes: October 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ESTWinner Notifications Sent By: October 11, 2026Winner Response Deadline: Within 24 hours of notificationReservation Information Due: October 19, 2026Instructions for WinnersConfirm your interest within 24 hours of receiving your notification.Once you confirm your interest and the suite is reserved you will be responsible for paying all costs associated with the booking. The Hotel will require you to pay a non-refundable deposit approximately equal to one-nights stay. The remainder of the costs will be billed at the front desk of the respective hotel at check-in. (Please be aware that we cannot cancel the suite on your behalf after you accept the suite.)Submit all reservation details, including payment information, by October 19, 2026.If you do not provide the required information by October 19, your suite will be cancelled and awarded to someone on the waitlist.Instructions for Waitlisted EntrantsYou should book a room through the general room block as a suite is not guaranteed.If a suite becomes available, you will be notified by email.You must confirm your interest within 48 hours of notification.If awarded a suite after October 22, 2026, you will have seven days to provide payment details.Connecting RoomsSome suites allow for connecting rooms, also called connectors.Connectors are usually King Bed rooms. In rare cases, a suite may offer both a King Bed connector and a Double Bed connector.If a connector is available, you will be given the option to add it at the same group rate as the hotel.You must confirm your choice to add a connector at the time you accept your suite award.General room block rooms cannot be combined with suite block rooms.
