This is the way, but add an hourly match or "value match" requirement. Value match means the aggregate wholesale value of surplus renewables exported much exceed the aggregate wholesale value of purchased grid electricity. No offsetting polar vortex LNG with mid day spring solar.

Well, call it what you want, but when someone makes sure to kill 50 people for every one of theirs killed, they are not working towards peace. ISIS is partially a consequence of the US illegal invasion of Iraq in 2003, which was a crime under international law. We weren't working towards peace.
