I’ve been playing this Pixel Reel game on iOS which has been a pretty good time. Has some social elements, allows folks to hang around a pond and fish and chat. WarioWare style boss fights. There’s also this guy, FISH HATER who has started an entire movement in the game:

My best advice for any game devs recently laid off is to keep in touch with your closest coworker friends, do a group call at least once a week, share job postings in the chat, hype each other up, and just generally look out for each other.
