100%. I think LarryO is right. Layoffs + retirement/VRB + market was already pretty much at the peak over the last few years... I think lots of people are going to try to leave the area for cheaper surroundings soon

Yeah I know what you mean. You had options for Braves if you had TBS and Cubs with WGN but otherwise you were stuck. There were lots of Orioles fans in central VA pre-Nats. Sometimes minor league teams could steer you in a particular direction.

in case you ever wonder why shipping is so expensive, part of it is that you're paying for crazy inefficiencies like sending a package 2000 miles away to ultimately deliver it approximately 5 miles from its origin

A delivery detail that says a package was in Redmond, WA on 8/19, and that the package may experience a delay. Two days later, it is in Arlington, TX.
