It is impossible not to notice the rise in casual antisemitism online and in person. If you don’t see it, you’re lying to yourself.

His explicit stance on the Iraq War in 2016 was “the Iraq War was bad because what we should have done was carpet bomb the country flat and then nationalized Exxon to steal its oil” and all the gender-insecure left heard was a Big Dood with hardhats behind him saying “the Iraq War was bad”

We have to pretend otherwise for the sake of preserving the lack of a sense of history of every dumbass socialist who ran this story but Trump never ran to the left of Clinton on 🇮🇶, he ran FAR to her right but the left who accepted him as Voice of the Working Man didn’t care to tell the difference

The president threatening the entire nation of Norway because it didn’t give him a prize he wanted? A prize for peace, when he literally started a war that destabilized the world economy? A prize he thinks he deserves for WINNING wars (that he didn’t even actually win)?

The post-1967 Evangelical affinity for Israel masked the prevalence of antisemitism in the right’s coalition for a time but with the conspiracy freaks now in control of the coalition the mask is gone, with only a dying vestige of pro-Israel sympathy holding back the unabashed Nazi conspiracist tide

The LaRouche version of the JBS test is now applied by pretty much everyone on the right from Alex Jones to Tucker Carlson to every Republican Senate candidate
1102
Vaquera Elisa @boxelderdust.bsky.social · 10/10/2026
The LaRouche movement cribbed the same test (and a whole lot else but I digress) to defend itself from charges of antisemitism, with identical intentions and results, and in 1996 they updated it by throwing George Soros into the test as well thanks to Frienderick of the pod William Engdahl
1133
Vaquera Elisa @boxelderdust.bsky.social · 10/10/2026
It was therefore basically an expectation that this would happen so that when Jews registered their offense the JBS could just go “man, all these Jews are really defensive about the Rothschilds, must be more of them in on it than we thought, oh well, we tried being reasonable and giving them an out”
1111
Vaquera Elisa @boxelderdust.bsky.social · 10/10/2026
The test is, naturally, rigged, because the overwhelming majority of Jews are going to bristle when you start talking about the Great Rothschild Conspiracy because it has a very obvious and straightforwardly antisemitic history that long predates the JBS
1121
Vaquera Elisa @boxelderdust.bsky.social · 10/10/2026
This was, in effect, a test that the JBS applied to Jews—if a given Jew was fine with talk about the Rothschild Conspiracy, they would be welcome among the conspiracy nuts, but if they bristled then they were clearly in on the conspiracy and safe to consider an enemy
1111
Vaquera Elisa @boxelderdust.bsky.social · 10/10/2026
The JBS took the approach of saying that they didn’t hate ALL Jews, just the Rothschilds and their grand conspiracy, and in fact the Rothschilds were tiny outliers who gave the otherwise noble Jewish majority an undeservedly bad name
1101
Vaquera Elisa @boxelderdust.bsky.social · 10/10/2026
Most of the taboos we now have about antisemitism were only really hardened in the aftermath of the war, so in the period that followed the hardcore antisemites now had to hide their power levels
1131
Vaquera Elisa @boxelderdust.bsky.social · 10/10/2026
If you ever do something really fun and boil your head in the writings of conspiracy theorists (don’t) this is a strategy you can find them employing as far back as the good ol’ days of peak John Birch Society Foundational texts like Gary Allen’s “None Dare Call It Conspiracy” are built on it

Because where the skin tone of most of the population falls in relation to parochial American notions of 'white' is irrelevant to who is doing or have done public executions in the 21st century. Media reporting that this is like North Korea, the Taliban, etc. is correct and accurate.

Palantir shifting from hiring only "Ivy or Ivy-equivalent" degrees to hiring only out of high school is an admission that "training" and "talent" were never factors at all. They were looking for packaging & prestige, and now they're looking for ignorance & impressionability.
Tech companies launching their own programs to train grads because they ‘can’t rely’ on Ivy Leagues
By Lydia Moynihan
Published Oct. 1, 2026, 6:00 a.m. ETAs the university system increasingly becomes a wildly expensive bastion of anti-Western sentiment, key figures in Silicon Valley are betting on alternatives to higher education. They argue that even the Ivy League is no longer producing the best candidates — nor are they even accepting some of the most qualified students.

“It used to be the case that you could rely on somebody who went to an Ivy or Ivy-equivalent to be top notch,” said Jordan Hirsch, who runs Palantir’s semester-long intensive Meritocracy Fellowship, which accepts high school graduates.“But that’s not the case anymore… we suspected that there was a lot of talent being missed.”

Imagine how ridiculous it would be to say “um actually liberal people used to die of measles all the time, this is who we’ve always been” I’m not ignoring anything, we had already fought and won this particular battle, that we regressed to needing to fight it again is in fact pretty damn novel

Yea it is in fact noteworthy that the regime is trying to undo the good work of civilization and resurrect horrors we threw off a century ago, pretending that this isn’t a radical change to the status quo is just “I can’t wait for society to collapse so MY utopia can rise from the ashes”

South Korea is now a democracy and not, let's say, a hybrid authoritarian regime thanks to the blood and efforts of its people. And I'm not only talking about Yoon. 1988, the anti-junta protests and movement. Which is why it pisses me off when tankies reduce the ROK to "fash capitalist dystopia".

When Palme was actually killed and the Soviets blamed LaRouche for it, though, he was quick to deflect with counteraccusations about the KGB to try and dodge the heat FWIW, while the Swedes did briefly arrest a LaRouchie suspect, there wasn’t enough evidence to actually tie him to the case

That and the LaRouche movement was deep into its Reaganite era in 1986, so any lefty Euro leader with ties to the non-aligned movement was going to be a target for their utterly deranged ire Before the assassination they accused him of being a Jewish plant working for both the KGB and CIA in turn

One thing that Ossoff does - thank god - is COMPLETELY abandon the weird liberal wisdom that you should never say your opponent’s name. He says “Mike Collins” about 30 times in this clip, not “my opponent” or some such, and the directness make his attacks exponentially more brutal.
