I've been saying for quite some time now that there's an emerging market for cleaning up AI messes that orgs get themselves into. I view AI as a tool, but there are lots of execs out there jamming screwdrivers in electrical sockets.

The comment about taking a social media break really resonates with me. I stopped scrolling anything in the mornings - don't even let myself in the apps. I pretty quickly found that my morning productivity spiked and I was able to break through that attention drift described. YMMV but worth a try

The 'do it quick and cheap' approach is unfortunately getting easier to sell with the rise of AI tools. Leaves clients with crazy expectations, and a sour taste when it goes bad. But an opportunity for us to come back and do it right I guess.
