Old newspaper, aluminum foil and some airdrying clay and I have the beginnings of an Oni mask. Actually proud of the symmetry because digitally I survive on the Mirror Tool. #Craft #Mask #Setsubun #WIP #WIPWednesday

A crude home made Oni mask under construction on a wooden floor, surrounded by crafting materials and tools. The mask has been made using papier-mâché and tin foil, which can still be seen on some parts, while the rest is covered in a pale gray clay sculpted to resemble the Oni demons features.

Actually annoyed by the prevalence of bots and their blatant use by an #indiedev on this platform. Literally hundreds of bots are spamming this game. On the bright side, you can now identify the accounts and help get the bots removed. Game developers should know and do better than this. ❌🤖

Working on art and listening to @doublefine.com #PsychOdyssey again. The second episode is so uplifting, everyone is so positive and encouraging about their colleagues creativity. This is what I really aspire to and love gamedev for.

I started in UDK and loved it, then UE4 was great but #UE5 is so unwieldly. I'm trying out #Godot as an alternative for making small games. I'm blueprint dependent though so this will be a STEEP learning curve.

In Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory the Thompson was perceived as more powerful than the MP40. Even though the weapons were identical behind the scenes, their SFX were the only real difference. Shows how important sound is!!
