Above all else, we need an expanded vault system. The vault as it currently stands is way too restricting with the shear amount of loot in game. It may take some elbow grease, but at minimum 4k slots. It’s a bunch of data, yes. But without it, players sacrifice more than needed.

On the subject of returning campaigns, new lights should start at Red War, not the cosmodrome. The cosmodrome can be worked into the later tutorials after you reach the Farm for the first time. This may be controversial, but I also think vendor bounties need to be re-explored. It filled empty time

Returning campaigns should have a Legendary difficulty that once completed grant your choice of that years exotics. It should also follow suit for power, regardless of campaign, each one should gear you to at least 490-500.

Armor Transmog/Fashion should be free. Dissolve the need for Synthweave and give the players free transmogs. I understand it’s is conditionally free right now, but the bounty system for those are not intuitive in the slightest. The goals per bounty fluctuate too much depending on playstyle

Because of the returning planets, allow those that want to experience the Whisper exotic mission in the classic way to be rewarded properly. It should grant a significant crafting progress per normal completion if completed via the portal on Io. It was a secret quest that had specific trigger reqs

-or patterns. Bungie wants to distance themselves from the crafting system and using the Menagerie as an easy means of getting red bordered weapons makes the most sense, outside of outright removing the red border requirements for patterns all together. It was a fan favorite mode. Bungie please 😭

All Destinations, Campaigns, and Raids from the DCV are making a triumphant return! However, I don’t think this covers seasonal activities, this is where I’d like to make a suggestion. Make the Menagerie from Season of Opulence a permanent mode, update the loot pool to include Deepsight Harmonizers-

I don’t think the time table for this expansive undertaking will be concurrent with Marathons Symbiosis update in December. I estimate we’ll see this change no earlier than March 2027. They mentioned a huge systems change from Beyond Light that would make this especially strenuous

I’m not even asking for entire POIs or loot zones to be PVP free, just spawn (because I was shot out of spawn immediately after loading a match) and exit zones. Or, alternatively a toggle for PVP that you would have to use pre-raid for slightly decreased loot quality/XP as a trade off.

Like. I understand the genre of “extraction shooter” is supposed to be unforgiving. I accept that fact and even enjoy it to an extent. But there should be some sort of leeway that accommodates the “peaceful encounter” sort of play-style instead of having to go full sweat all the time.

I’m having to take a break because it frustrates me to no end to have 30+ minutes of work reduced to nothing because of people who don’t realize the benefits of killing other players is near 0 as opposed to looting and killing the pve combatants is way too irritating.

Arc Raiders would be a haven if there was a toggle for PvP or at bare minimum, no PvP in extraction zones, only PvE The amount of “Kill on sight” players I’ve encountered has been sickening. People camping the exit zones and other zones that should be PVP-free areas is ridiculous.
