I don't follow football, so won't comment on what has happened or should happen as a result of the recent ManCity matter. To an outsider though I'm afraid it just looks like a case of "Oh, so that confirms what we always thought - that football is in fact as bent as boxing, horseracing, golf, etc.."

I have this from my grandparents' house, which was otherwise full of "more interesting stuff" but I remember fiddling with it as a child and so it is a good memory holder. Only as an adult doing some family history do I find the link to Irish immigrant weavers many more generations back.
