Not really sure what the theme of the "9 Albums" is, so I went generally for those ones that trigger emotions from times in my life, not always necessarily good ones, but emotions nonetheless.

Spent the weekend packing up to move house again. I counted back and I think I've moved 20+ times in my life. I don't want to do this again.
A selection of moving boxes. Not sure if I'm depressed at the paucity or impressed. Still, was knackering to fill.

I used my headphones yesterday. Today I went into my bag, which was standing on the floor of my office and found these inside the bag. No droppings, no other sign, but this is a mouse's doing isn't it?
Some ear cups on some Bose headphones. The front edge is mangled.

At this point Al, if you're having too many hard thoughts about what to do, there is only one possibility.

Calling it the 1940s weekend is the one local nod to wokeism - it was originally called "The War Weekend" but actually: (1) some veterans in the past pointed out they'd rather not relive that, thanks; and (2) some re-enacters got a little over-zealous on the Gestapo bit...

This week I was at Blyth Port in Northumberland, and was musing on the way the river exits to the sea parallel to the coast and how over the years this has provided a natural harbour. Contemplated retraining as a harbour pilot (mainly as Blyth would be a much shorter commute).

I have this from my grandparents' house, which was otherwise full of "more interesting stuff" but I remember fiddling with it as a child and so it is a good memory holder. Only as an adult doing some family history do I find the link to Irish immigrant weavers many more generations back.

He seems very keen on the oeuvre of Spike Lee.
