due to shortages. It’s honestly like living in a different world, when I’m medicated and I can just get up and do things. I’m here trying to remember all the steps to plan my way through them, and my brain feels like it’s filled with cotton balls. It doesn’t help that I slept very badly last night.

I’ve been standing at the kitchen counter for the last 35 minutes, with everything I need to make dinner prepped and ready to go, and I just cannot remember how to make a mushroom sauce that I make probably 3-5 times per month. I finished my meds yesterday, and can’t refill my scrip until Friday
