As a newly diagnosed diabetic, I'll be surviving on Top Ramen for the next 7 days or so. Apparently I have no one in my life who thinks I'm worth $5 so I can pay for my $35 grocery delivery. I've never felt so alone. Here's to hoping I don't die.

This is me asking for help if anyone is listening. I'm having blood sugar issues. I do not have enough money to buy myself some diabetic friendly things like vegetables. And we won't have any money until mid-week and most of that will be going to rent.

I've loved him since he and Roddy Piper beat each other to a standstill in They Live. And now he's my favorite part of Hazbin Hotel (which I didn't have any interest in until his participation was revealed to me) and now his song Loser, Baby is on repeat in my head. A well-deserved recognition.

If only more wealthy people to a stand. They can afford to. Most cannot.

Anyway... this is going to kill a lot of people. People like me. And honestly, probably me. This will take both my physical care and my mental care. There is no way I can afford to pay for them out of pocket. My pills are week over $4000 a month. I don't even know what the infusions cost.

We spend more than 50% of our income on rent alone. And that goes up again (every year except the pandemic) in September. Our utilities take almost 35%. Phones take another good chunk. And then what's left for food is pathetic. I would trade body parts for access to fresh fruit daily.

Like millions, I guess I'm just going to die. In case this isn't real to you, if you don't have anyone like me in your life, I'm here to tell you that they're killing us. And that's not a side effect of what they've done. It's the point. The cruelty is the point.
