I was woken up by my insulin pump bright and early this morning, telling me I needed to change the clock on it as the time change was here! At this point for some dumbass reason my blood sugars wouldn’t go below 170 mg/dL and I couldn’t get back to sleep. Diabetes tech for the win!

Wdym it’s clearly going great.

An elderly man who wandered into the White House and won’t leave looks on dejectedly as his very expensive birthday party falls apart at the seams. Already ruminating on who to blame for his unpopularity, the bedraggled hamster powering the creaky wheel in his skull sifts through the various lies and nonsensical missives his host might later vomit in all caps onto social media. He is flanked by liars who benefit from his better moods but are unable to quell his discomfort in the moment. The woman to his right, sometimes referred to as his wife-in-residence, disassociates as she looks out into the embarrassment of a crowd, unable to have a moment of true introspection but still questioning why she’s sat out in the rain while donning fascist-lite neutrals.
