My only compliant for E-Day's Horde Siege mode is that it really needs to fill up empty slots in lobbies. I had my entire squad abandon a mission, and it was a slog to deal with the friendly AI that just can't keep up against enemies.

While I am really enjoying Gears of War: E-Day, it has to be the game that has given me the most crashes this year. Hopefully the game will have some optimization fixes coming out on the full release day.

Hit credits on Star Wars: Zero Company and it is an absolutely fantastic game in both gameplay and story but suffers from the same technical issues you'd see in XCOM 2. Long pauses in between actions and the camera will throw itself into the void of space. However, I'd put it up as my GOTY of 2026.

Played more of the Halloween game, and I'm just not having all that much fun with it. Some games I just die within the first twelve seconds because of a bad spawn, and other times the Myers player is just so horribly lost that they don't find any players or NPCs before they're mostly gone.

Yeah, I think using Kroxigor Scale contrast paint for the skin was a bad idea. Went back to Nighthaunt Gloom for my second Kroxigor (seen on the right), and it's a million times better. #Warhammer #AgeofSigmar #Seraphon #Kroxigor

Two Kroxigor models. Both painted similarly however the skin on the left is painted in Kroxigor Scale (a bright teal colour), and the one on the right is painted in Nighthaunt Gloom (a slightly desaturated blue colour).

Played my first game of Spearhead today with a coworker. My Seraphon got absolutely destroyed by his Ogors. Just had a really unlucky streak that we both laughed off, but I'm definitely gonna be giving this more of a go in the future.

Built the Warriors. Now I just need to make the Kroxigor and Oldblood on Carnosaur. Coworker wants to run a Spearhead game sometime soon, so I'm not doin much for basing yet. Ordered some bits that might make for good jungle terrain and might try making some Azteca patterned flooring with EVA foam.

I am very lucky. Had a 2" thick metal plate scrap (48"x90+" scrap piece with tons of gaps from the pieces we cut) fall onto my hand at work today. Had my index finger pinched between the scrap and a wooden block, couldn't move my hand from underneath the scrap but didn't really feel much pain. 1/2

I don’t want this point to be lost in the discourse. Going digital-only means inequity for people who cannot afford internet or constantly purchasing new games. Libraries provide opportunities for people to experience games they otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford, and that will be lost.

Quick paint job of the Dracyl Demon from Dragon Trapper's Lodge. Bought the model over a year ago, and have had the colour scheme in my head since then. Finally put some time aside to paint it up, and I'm pretty happy with how the dry brushed purple into pink looks.

My only complaint about Jason in DbD so far is that the wall pin doesn't happen near enough. I grab a hook spear, injure a survivor with an M1 and line the shot up and nail it, they fall back into the wall and slide off to the side before falling prone instead of being pinned.

The DbD anniversary stream was certainly something. Lots of collections coming to the game, and some are day 1 buys for me and some are 'wait and see'. Jason, The Judgement, Art the Clown, and Frank Stone all within a 2-3 month gap between them. What I'm most impressed by is the graphical overhaul.
