Aargh, my beloved Falcon EF XR8 is slowly breaking in BeamNG, and it's no longer updated. It is one of my favourite third-party cars.

Honouring the legacy of Margaret Hamilton, the pioneer who coined the term “software engineering.” Her brilliant priority-driven software helped keep the Apollo 11 computer running through critical overloads during its final descent, helping land humanity safely on the Moon. RIP.

Like, how did they *know* all the way back in 1987 that this is what cars in this timeframe would look like?

Captain Blood was dubbed "the most beautiful game in the world" when it was released in 1988. Not only the 16 but also the 8-bit versions were awesome, including the C64 one shown here. A game that many played but few understood. Photo shot in my studio.

The SVX isn't coming back this year. I can't see how I can get it done. Since it broke down, I've tried on four occasions to get repairs and transport organised. Each time, logistical and financial issues have stopped me. Periodically, I'll shunt it around, to stop things from seizing.

I did the same with Yasuko Love-Bird's She-Senior Dreams/Song of The Waves, but you can get those tracks by lifting them off her album, Sunglow. 'She-Senior Dreams' was a cover, and it appeared advertising the Piazza before Agawa's album, Sunglow, was released.

It's been a fun little project - and there's now FLAC rips of Chicago 7:05 and 7:06 from the Alcyone Image Song 7" single, plus scans of the cover and lyric sheet. Those didn't exist, to my knowledge, until today.

I can't do any more with this Harry Stinson 45. There's so many points of bloody failure! It's a single - so it's not exactly straight. Cleaning improved the sound quality, as did adjusting the tonearm weight. Closer examination showed stains I can't get out, but a professional might.

If it works, that's pretty cool; I didn't think
would ever see this implemented (I also didn't
expect LLMs to exist).
However, this is not something you can PR
here, or anywhere. You sent me a nearly 50k
line diff, unasked for, completely LLM built, and
you somehow expect me to review it. There is
SO MUCH unrelated garbage here. Never
minding all of the docs and Python, you've
somehow touched basically all of the upstream
HDL, which already had MSU1 support, so idk
what in the world you're doing.
This kind of behavior is not acceptable. You are
infringing on the time and brainpower of people
by pushing "your" content that little/no of your
brainpower went into; completely unrequested.
I hope for the sake of all responsible
maintainers that you do not do such a thing
again.
Again, I think it's cool that you and your LLM
supposedly got this to work. It has no place in
my world.

Like this dude, who wants 130€ for a 7-inch I paid less than a fiver for on Yahoo Auctions. His turntable's also at the wrong speed (pitched down) and I suspect it has auto-mute/attenuation because there are vocals in the fade out that he's chopped. soundcloud.com/beachfreaksr...
