I don’t really believe fascism is truly a type of ideology that you affirmatively believe in, not at its core. At its core is a rejection and a reaction against equality, and ideology like socialism or communism. Which is why fascism often looks very different from other kinds.

Gender, sex, and sexual orientation are all forms of “social class” just like “race,” just like “ownership status.” All of these can be analyzed by their social relationship as a class, to the social control over the means of reproduction, in the case of sex, literal human reproduction.

All US elections are locally run and administered by State election law. The electoral college alone is run by the federal government, but that’s in the Congress, and the president still has no part of that process. This is literally not in his power.

The U.S. president, the federal executive branch, doesn’t actually have any part in that process at all though. There’s no federal certification of elections. That’s not a real thing. There’s no thing here for him to do or not do, judge or not judge. There’s no mechanism there.

These are local run elections under state election law, and our local, county, and state electeds are far more relavent, and I’d settle for national elected even knowing that fact and saying that they’d be available to help said local, county, and state governments proctect themselves from the Feds.
