In WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames, the player can "trust Wario" to provide a name. Most of them are insults and nicknames, but a few are regular names. It is possible that a child actually named Louie or Rufus may have gotten frightened by Wario somehow knowing his name.

In WarioWare. Inc.: Mega Microgames, pressing the R button during the player name entry will prompt the player to "Trust Wario" to provide a name.
As expected from Wario, most of the possible suggestions are going to be insulting the player. ("Dork")
