We tested SpinForecast against independently determined assignments for IDPs of increasing size and complexity. Across fully disordered proteins, it assigned approximately 40–75% of signals with 100% confidence, and those assignments were more than 99% accurate. #NMRchat #NMR #ChemSky

Check out the first tool from Bind Research: SpinForecast. #NMR is one of the most powerful tools for probing the atomic behaviour of IDPs. But the data can look like a Jackson Pollock painting: a sea of peaks that we must painstakingly match to positions along the protein backbone.
