I didn’t mention this, but the judges cited the NC Supreme Court’s 2024 decision to upend early voting after presidential candidate RFK requested it to justify this last-minute chaos. SCOTUS has already smacked down this panel twice in this case. They’ll probably do it again. 🤞

It’s really insane that the 8th Circuit won’t stop trying to insert itself into this gerrymandering fight to help the GOP. It’s purely a matter of state law, no federal issue there at all. Even SCOTUS said so. SCOTUS! Unbelievable….

The courts already allowed this law to go into effect, even though a lower court struck it down. Arrowood points out how inappropriate it is for appellate courts to do this. This is a great example of why the Court of Appeals election is so important, this year and in 2028.
