How many will agree that at some point during the birthright hearing Trump will break order. Either to interrupt and spout aggressive nonsense. Or if the decision doesn't go his way, harass the justices verbally?

I’m just tired of films that want to make some grand statement about “America” but don’t actually contend with the unique experiences of a good portion of the country’s population. Almost all of these films are specifically made by white male filmmakers.

Sources say Pete Hegseth is going to tear down the Pentagon and replace it with a Crossagon, since the five-sided military headquarters looks and sounds too “satanic.”
The pentagon, but shaped like a cross.

In the 90s, I tried making sense of my troubled life by spending my nights in a coffee shop, studying philosophy and writing in a journal. 30 years later, I’m now trying to make sense of our absurd world in our lenai, studying existential philosophy and writing in a journal.

Added a quote to my profile: "Ecology without class struggle is just gardening." —Chico Mendes #Conservation can't take place without human rights advocacy. They're intertwined. As before: "We are nature defending itself." Original context in the screenshot below. #climatecrisis #environmentalism
Via Google:

“Ecology without class struggle is just gardening” is a quote by Brazilian activist Chico Mendes. The quote is often used to emphasize the need for intersectionality in climate activism. It conveys the idea that the social and environmental aspects of life cannot be separated, and that they should be addressed with common solutions.

Mendes' quote is a critique of the Western environmentalism model, which views nature conservation and human activity as mutually exclusive. This model is often embodied in the "fortress conservation" model, which has been shown to enable human rights abuses.

I 200% agree. And I’d be willing to disassemble/fold boxes to leave at my door or street for drivers to pick up when delivering. Because if the box is still good, they could reuse it rather than “recycling” them. That could even save them money.

Amazon should be required to have a recycling program for their boxes - seeing all those boxes in trash cans is gross. Bezos leaves a trail of detritus everywhere he goes. Simple: once a week Amazon sends a truck to a central neighborhood location to collect boxes & reuse.

Anytime I get into a discussion with a Trumper, and I bring up a horrible thing he said or did, they always answer “fake news.” So I say, “So what you’re saying is if he did do/say that AND there was irrefutable proof, you would THEN say he shouldn’t be president?” The answer is always… 🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗

Participants in Denver's basic-income program reported having more-secure housing, though results were similar in the trial and control groups.
