Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 15/10/2025There's a lot of great posters on this site but the problem remains that there's no sports posters. 010

Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 27/03/2025Incredibly funny to spend $40B or whatever on a web site you can use to train your AI which quickly comes to the conclusion that you're a fucking idiot. 020
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 14/02/2025I think one of the most impressive athletic feats I see in sports is hockey players redirecting shots in mid-air. 000

Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 07/02/2025Finished Wind and Truth. I'm not sure if I'm going to read future Stormlight Archive books. The plot has gotten so abstract and convoluted that I can barely follow it anymore. This book was an absolute slog to get through especially considering it's nearly 1700 pages long. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 07/02/2025The thing about year end awards like MVP/All Pro/Pro Bowl is in less than 2 years no one will remember the circumstances around them, they'll just be a line on the resume so it's always good to win one. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 07/02/2025Congrats to Josh Allen but there's a 0% chance he wins MVP this year if Lamar Jackson hadn't won it last year. 120

Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 05/02/2025I can't quite put it into words but there's something so maddening about watching Trump give Republicans everything they ever wanted in week 1 after 4 years of "actually, the president can't do that. Biden is just a little baby president" and knowing if a Democrat wins in 28 it'll switch on a dime. 100
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 04/02/2025I was harmonizing with my daughter when she was whining which she did not like and she said "STOP dada" which is pretty funny because this girl is 2 years old and can barely talk but she has already started yelling at me for being annoying. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 01/02/2025They should rename the Utah Hockey Club the Utah Gooning Club 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 30/01/2025My whole timeline is filled to the brim with evil shit Trump is doing and it just makes me realize that there's never any good version of this when Democrats are in office. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 27/01/2025You don't have to root for or like the Chiefs but doing the "refs are biased" shtick just makes you seem petty and small. It's pathetic. The Chiefs win a lot because they're very good at football. It's okay to just hate them because they're good without the BS rationalization. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 27/01/2025These 4 playoff losses to the Chiefs in the Allen era arguably are worse than the 4 SB losses because most of these games were winnable to the very end before they slipped through the Bills' grasp. 010
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 27/01/2025That Bengals are still the last team to beat the Chiefs in the playoffs. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 27/01/2025Buffalo has had a championship-caliber team for like the last 5 years and they keep running into an all-time great. Just brutal historical timing. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 26/01/2025Eagles might have the most talented roster I've ever seen. Just blue chippers all over the place. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 24/01/2025I really think this Sunday is do or die for the Bills and particularly Josh Allen. If they lose again, we need to seriously start talking about Allen possibly missing out on the HOF because he keeps hitting Mahomes in the playoffs. He has HOF level talent but only 2 2nd team All Pros to his name. 100
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 24/01/2025I gotta stay even by our governments standards, they've really covered themselves in glory with this TikTok ban. It's kind of banned and kinda not banned and they won't explain why they banned it in the first place or give any clarity about the future of the app. Great stuff. 100
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 22/01/2025My daughter got an easel for her birthday and she loves it and she insists either me or her mom colors with her at all times but also we're always doing it wrong in some way she feels compelled to constantly correct. I don't want to tell a 2 year old to back the fuck off but I kinda do. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 21/01/2025The single greatest weapon against Trump is finding and pointing out logical inconsistencies in his current and past positions. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 16/01/2025TikTok is completely shutting off for Americans on Sunday. My guess is this is to try to create political pressure to lift the ban. The big flaw with this plan is the assumption the US government cares what its citizens think. They'd be better off trying to get Raytheon upset about it. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 14/01/2025I'm glad people are enjoying Severance but tbh I think my desire to watch a show wondering what the hell is going on and hoping the whole time for a payoff kind of died with Lost. My takeaway after watching season 1 was mostly "they don't have any idea what they're gonna do with this" 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 12/01/2025I picked up Diablo 2 Resurrected for a quick nostalgia hit but after playing it a while I've realized this is just a really good game and even people who didn't play the original should pick it up. I'm glad they made this remaster, I've been having a great time playing it. 100

Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 08/01/2025I remember I got really into Diablo 3 once and painstakingly farmed the best in slot items for my character's build. It took literally dozens of hours to do it and when I finally got the last piece I almost immediately quit playing because there was nothing else to try to get. 000

Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 02/01/2025I'm concerned about my daughter's screen time so I googled 'how much screen time should 2 year olds get' and was relieved she's getting way more then the 90 minutes a day minimum needed for development 👍 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 02/01/2025I watched Juror #2 last night and it has to be one of the most poorly written movies I've ever seen. The hook is good but the execution is bad. The characters act in baffling ways & plot is so contrived it's hard to suspend disbelief. Not to mention the dialogue is bizarre. 5/10 it was entertaining 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 29/12/2024Maynard James Keenan once told a magazine he felt it was a mistake to keep Tool's music off streaming for so long because he "feels like they missed out on a generation of fans" I think that quote is instructive about the musicians relationship with streaming services. That's where music lovers are. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 25/12/2024Got my daughter an Advent calendar with 25 Bluey books and I can't figure out how to log them on Goodreads. I want to get credit for these before the year is over. 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 23/12/2024One of my favorite insane movie tropes is when a cop stops a motorist in an action movie and says "police, I need your car" and then person just gives it to them 000
Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 15/12/2024I'm in awe of the BlueAnon types who are outraged over every new Trump story like it's 2016 again and the entire country didn't just fully endorse Trump's brand of politics after watching it play out for 8 years. 000

Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 11/12/2024I actually think there is no correct take on the Chiefs this season because we've never seen anything like it. 15 consecutive 1 score victories, the lowest point differential by far of a 12 win team... but also one of the biggest playoff risers in sports history 100

Zack @bigdean636.bsky.social · 10/12/2024I was in favor of excluding FSU for Alabama last year but looking back on it I've realized it was the wrong move. FSU deserved the right to see what they could do with their backup quarterback the same way they would get it in any other sports league. If they got dog-walked, so be it.slate.comWhy the College Football Playoff Committee Finally Said “No” to the Sport’s GoliathThe playoff committee had no choice, if it wanted to keep a vital idea alive. 010
