#WIP Wednesday. “Reading Frog” by EnjoySVG. So glad I’m done with that damn stack of books. I was a little bit off on the little teacup with the flower in it, which messed up the whole stack of books. I don’t think it’ll be noticeable. If I did this again, I think I would do it with 3 strands.

Trying out growing some small cucumbers in my Aerogarden Bounty, the Quick Snack variety from Seeds ‘n’ Such. First attempt. The trellis set up already means I’m thinking optimistically. 🙂 This is Rick Moranis’ cue to start singing: 🎶 “Pleeaase…grow for me-eee-eee…🎶 #aerogarden #aerogardening

Picture if you can…gonna try to describe this here…pic shows an oblong bathtub-shaped container with a black lid, with 7 round circles on it. Container is probably about 20” long and about 8” deep. The round circles are covers for holes in the lid. Then there are two other circles in the lid, and those look green. Those holes are not covered with the black circles…in those green holes and where I have planted cucumber seeds. There is water in the container (which you can’t tell from the picture.)
On top of the black lid of the container are these vertical bracket-like things. This is the trellis I spoke of in the post.
I hope that description made some sense.

It’s not a Wednesday, but, #WIP. One of the joys of counted cross/stitch for me is watching the design reveal itself. It’s *just* starting to look like something. #countedcrossstitch #crossstitching

#WIP Wednesday! About the 1st third is done, going from L-R, including the backstitching. Been working on this off and on for ten years. Pattern is from a kit by Janlynn, called “Buck’s [sic] County Farm Stand.” #crossstitching #countedcrossstitch #needlecrafts

Long story short…it’s a fall scene done in counted cross stitch. Depicts a wooden farm wagon full of corn, apples, gourds, pumpkins on the ground, and quilts, jams and jellies.
