Expedition 33. I thought it would be overhyped and a pretty average game and people just liked it because of the studio, turns out no, it was excellent and absolutely deserved all of those awards. That game had me crying in the first 20 minutes!

I see a lot of mods fall into this trap of "oh but they haven't broken the rules" but do they add anything to the community? No? Then yeet them. So many communities have died because regulars get put off by one or two people who are always just on the right side of the rules but never add anythinhg

In chat apps it's recording the "history" of the conversation putting it into natural reading order for transcripts. The others aren't chat systems and so are designed for asynchronous communication.

Unions don’t necessarily protect you from layoffs. BUT they do give you leverage when one does happen. I’ve heard from unionized folks how it helped them secure better severance, benefit extensions etc. The last few years have shown there is no reason not to unionize!

Have a survey or discussion with your players ahead of time about what they want from the campaign. Do they want more combat or more exploring/RP? Do they want you to describe their failed/successful actions or do they want to do it themselves? Etc!
