Highlights: - A single high dose of modified self-peptide induces Tr1 cells -Tr1 cell development is positively regulated by IFNγ - Anti-IFNγ treatment reduces markers of strong TCR signaling and Tr1 cell frequency - Blocking IL-27 in combination with anti-IFNγ additively reduces Tr1 cell frequency

Figure 4 from paper shows how anti-IFNg reduces markers of TCR signal strength and attenuates Tr1 cell differentiation in the Tg4 model
