I would encourage decision making, and/ or listen to the debate and comeback with a "so you are doing A?" And demand a yes/ no. But honestly, of those debate make them role play their character, I would let them. And maybe make the time move forward, changing what options stay available.

I want to create a memorial space for our lost LGBTQ fam that uses cenotaphs in the configuration of stones, and most of the stones would have 50 or more names. This would symbolically unite us in one resting place. It would be part of an arboretum complex and include an interfaith chapel.
