Like yes austerity, aging population, lack of infection control etc. but also we have flu vaccines that are cheap and work really well and the state is just so repulsed by the concept of the public good that they have to be rationed like that's how vaccines work.

Given the section on trans people being denied access to shelters and workers admitting they had a blanket "no trans" policy which is obviously unlawful under EA2010 is surprisingly brief in analysis and basically "this is beyond our scope" can't help but wonder if cuts were forced
