Join our movement as we elect Effie Phillips-Staley to be our progressive voice for New York's 17th Congressional District. As a Latina Mother, Effie is well aware of the issues communities of color and our next generation of voters face. As a Trustee for the Village of Tarrytown, she is exposed to the trials and tribulations of local governments not receiving proper representation in Congress. As a non-profit leader, she understands how partnerships can be created to support our most vulnerable communities. With your support, we will take our message from the Villages, Towns, and Cities of New York 17 to the halls of the U.S. House of Representatives.
