Visiting 52 new pubs 34/52 The Delaval Arms - Seaton Sluice - Impressive weathered old building - Inside it's a proper pub with rooms sprouting off the main entrance hallway - I was pretty lashed by this point,(as you can tell from the photo) but I know they had a couple of ales on #52newpubs

Love and Death was pretty good, though every time I went to the toilet I seemed to emerge from a different door I quite like the Capstan it was part of 90s pub crawl route ( that included The Glass Jar, The Roost, the kitchen Outer Limits and The Bodega)
