not american, but my friends & followers are. it's okay to feel how you want. suppressing it won't help. no giving up, but feeling your feelings isn't giving up. we have to help each other survive. hang out with people you love. play a game. get some tea. anything. just be there.

go and get a coffee with someone today. meet with someone you love, or someone you think you could love. ask a friend to hang out, or a neighbor, or family, or someone you often see at your bus stop. say "someone online dared me to do this" if you have to. reach out, for yourself and for others

I've talked to a few folks this morning who were talking about stopping work on their creative projects. Because it's "not important anymore." I don't know who needs to hear this, but DON'T DO THAT. We win by living our lives as loudly and truly as we can. That includes your "silly" art project.
