New art about the problem of being "the human in the loop" 😬 I support the calls to *slow right down* on the big decisions, and work with all communities waaaay more carefully.
Crop of poster with text: Humans are in the loop, on background of big black brushstokes and primary blue splotchesCloseup - big blue splotches, some back paint, and cream letteringCrop from a second poster, with multi coloured paint strokes and dripped lines, and neon yellow text: We're in the loop!

I missed out on being up with everyone @ the dawn service, so made up for it this morning - so beautiful! Photos of the sunrise over Waitaramoa / Hobson's Bay, starting from Ōrākei station, ending up at Te Tinana / Wilson's beach - with the city lights in the distance, and birds down on the beach.
Colourful view, with blue, green, and red, over a body of water towards the city, with the Sky tower visible, and vegetation plus a built roof structure in the foreground. View looking towards the city, with the vegetation in foreground most prominentIn the dark of early sunrise, with the skyline, light blue sky, and wisps of cloudsGrowing light - with a group of city lights sparkling in the distance , and the water looking like glass

Making some art riffing off of a couple of talks I went to last week (Leading with aroha & the problems with AI) - appreciating these opportunities to learn.
Painted cards in blues, greens, with pink, sand and silver text. Conscious scaling & collective intelligence. Vision - what are the aspirations of those we serve? A roadmap is relational. Collective = many unique individuals. Our frontline is at the center, they are the link. The pathway takes courage.Cards painted in pinks & oranges with blue and silver text. Copy reads: Exploring collective awareness, choosing, balancing global, social, carbon economies. Its easier to ride the wave than to be conscious about it. Where is efficiency useful? What have we learned from bitcoin? How might we approach AI as Tangata Tiriti? Local working & global thinking.
