it's funny how the past year just firmly convinced us coding was, in fact, an art form

it's a shame we have to go hater mode because of paramount as we do think the live action sonics are like, fine. But they really did just take something we kinda associate with an otherworldly setting visuals and go "what if, REAL LIFE NEW YORK" BUT ALSO THE SERIES OWES A LOT TO IT, SOMEHOW,,,,,

It's really funny how as far as we know there were no crossover between this and DBZ's dubbing but it's just this voice.

we've talked about how we really like Long John Baldry and Deem Bristow as their respective eggmen, but we think the dubbed OVA actor is under appreciated a lil.

We realized quickly this was probably him in a bag with another characters hand, but for a second we thought it was him leaning against something in a black sweater

I remember my father telling me how anti trust laws worked as a kid. Something like "Well son, we have laws where one electric company can't just buy all the OTHER electric companies. Then they could just charge whatever they want because there'd be no competition." We were a very optimistic people.

we think both Coyote vs Acme and Roger Rabbit work because even if you removed the animated elements you could still rework them into really compelling Legal Dramas and Detective Thrillers

The thing about Peter Lorre wasn't that the animators were mean to him. If anything, they loved him for sticking up for striking workers at Warner Bros, even shutting down a film production to support the union. WB blacklisted him for that, but animators knew Peter was THAT dude & made him immortal.
