I think Trump has made a fatal error that could hasten the end of American Fascism under the right circumstances. I’m not saying it’s a done deal by any means, and I’m not saying there isn’t intense danger ahead, but it really feels like he stepped right into a motherfucker of a mess.

I have no idea what cases you're referring to - they didn't hear an appeal from Ghislaine, but that's the extent of SCOTUS' involvement. The only trials they scrapped were for Trump's involvement in J6.
