So once again Hegseth has taken an action that is embarrassing and not allowed to do as Sec. of Defense. He has two choices on the list of officers to be promoted one star generals. He can APPROVE or REJECT the entire list. He CANNOT remove some. He removed 2 black males & 2 women. Disgraceful!
