A reminder of why Ken Paxton cannot win in Texas. In 2021, Ken Paxton bragged to Steve Bannon how he stopped Texas from turning Blue in 2020. Trump won Texas by 620,000 votes. Paxton stopped Harris County from sending 2.5M mail-in ballot applications. Paxton is Trump with a law degree.

The Court also agrees to hear the case in December.
