40 miles on Zwift this afternoon including a race where I came 9th out of 18, a couple of group rides and a bit of recovery. Legs were totally shot for the recovery but I persevered and managed to hit the 40 mile target 🚴‍♂️

Ariel in her remote observation area in the kitchen now after vet home visit. Another 300 g lost in weight so we're heading in the right direction with our hungry little Greek ex-street cat. So well behaved with the vet, too.
