Today was muggier than it looked. The hoodie was a bad idea. Anyway this was me making my way from home to Hamburg (tho obvs much nearer the former than the latter). Like so many other travel bloggers this coming weekend.

The self-help industry is worth hundreds of billions of pounds world-wide. A large percentage of that comes from courses, book, videos, seminars, etc. But often the same people will go back for more, they'll keep buying those books. Why? Because for most people they don't work.
