This makes me want to go to Victoria! I haven't been there since 2018 on a bike trip (bikestylelife.com/2018/06/01/d...). Next year's World Road Congress will be held there. I'm on a PIARC technical committee and hope to be able to attend.

I like the idea of adding solar power on roofs over parking lots. Make them shadier to reduce the heat island effect, generate electricity, add EV charging stations and e-bike plug-in spots powered by the panels overhead.
