Does anyone know a good, cheap shipping company? I need to ship a lot of Hector’s things to Mexico, and FedEx wanted to ship a tiny ass box that weighs less than 4 pounds for $108. UPS is $200!!! USPS is $50 but even THAT seems steep for what it is.

It’s what these pieces of shit deserve, it’s not my daughter’s fault that these mouth breathers cant function in society properly so they have to scalp to make money And no, scalping isn’t a small business it’s just being a piece of used donkey shit

I'm not much of a Pokémon person, but my son is & trying to buy him cards at retail prices has been nigh on impossible the last couple of years, and I refuse to pay scalpers for anything. So it warms the cockles of my heart to see so many of them having a full meltdown about the recent set. Enjoy!!

In the THIRD Video this week, I finally tackle Yoroi Shinden Samurai Troopers, my favorite Anime of 2026 (so far). It may have its problems that i'll get into in the vid, but I love what it did right. youtu.be/9fBxWZrWRN8

Gotta say I'm a huge fan of how much missable content there seems to be in Fortune's Weave. It really requires paying close attention and encourages active exploration along with strongly engaging with the systems in place. You won't find everything on a first blind run and that's okay

its so funny how people used to say fire emblem games are all samey in plot meanwhile nowadays you have most indie fe likes repeat fe stories have while actual fe games do actually insane and brave things with their stories.

I really do not understand this notion Fodlan has gotten vastly more content or that a potential 3rd game would be milking the setting Archanea/Valentia/Ylisse 4 + 3 remakes + TMS Jugdral 2 Elibe 2 Magvel 1 Tellius 2 Fateslandia 1 (though technically 3) Fodlan/Dagda 2 + Warriors Eliyos 1

do not be like me and watch the theodora/lilian B support before getting the lysander/lilian B. it'll lock you out of watching the latter. you'll have to go back to an earlier chapter to watch it... and then if you want to see the A, you'll need to replay up until it's available 🙃

Nathan and Creek being titled the Twin Jewels of Arago makes Ferdinand calling himself and Hubert the Twin Jewels of Adrestria even more hilarious than it already was. Ferdinand is just randomly aware of these figure from Dadgan history and wants to emulate them lol

Calling racists “Mentally ill” is not only a disservice to people who struggle with mental health but also you’re victimising racists instead of holding them accountable.

Very small detail but it seems that certain classes have skin covered up (wearing shorts or leggings) if the character is a minor compared to if they are an adult

(vague FW spoilers) Honestly I hope that if Vritra has a canonical design he is an androgynous prettyboy because agarthans are so damn queer i need their god to be a twink.

Dual Destinies is my favorite game in the franchise but absolutely nobody was asking for a VR remake of an Ace Attorney game. They're just teasing at this point finding new ways to put out old games instead of a new one 😭

I don't know what annoys me more: How often I get recommended annoying "this thing sucks" video essays or how often said videos are farrrrr more successful than anything else on those channels. Like, why have we created a culture where the key to success is nonstop negativity?

Ballin @ballinplays.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

I generally like how supports work in Fortune's Weave and agree not everyone needs multiple supports, especially in a setting like this where a lot of the characters are just people you hire not necessarily someone you form bonds with. That being said some of these leave me wanting so much more lol

I knew Fortune's Weave having a bloated cast of playable units would be a bad thing. Now it means many characters get hardly any support conversations. Hard to have everyone converse with lots of people when the cast is so big. So many characters who only have supports with a handful of people.
