Your periodic reminder that “diets to treat autism” are BS. Autism is not a disease. Also many autistic kids (& adults) have GI issues, food sensory issues, &/or dietary allergies. Sometimes specific diets help THOSE ISSUES, and when autistic people feel better, they ACT like they feel better. 1/2

Confused as to what happened here @chchnews.bsky.social? A community agency (in this case Lansdowne) or service provider can't independently register a child for the OAP on behalf of the parents Registration must be completed directly by the child's primary caregiver #autism
