Data demonstrates that there is a problem with equity in research funding: 🔸️ ethnic minority applicants are less likely to be successful 🔸️ female applicants are more likely to be successful when there is a female on the review panel but otherwise less likely to be successful

Liso-cel 2ary CNS lymphoma: Ahmed - 57 pts, 39 wth active CNSL at infn - ORR 73%, 12mo PFS 30%, 45% 12mo OS - no diff if active or not active CNSL - 16% G3/4 ICANs (?higher than for other liso-cel data) #ASH24 #lymsm

Upfront geri assessment in NHL #ASH24 - poor correlation between CGA and clinician-assessed ECOG/CARG (not surprising) - frail = most non-heme AEs (infx, cardiac tox) - fit/prefrail good OS; frail very poor OS We need to stop relying on ECOG for dose/tx optimization. #lymsm
