Davison et al - PRO substudy of S1826 substudy. Interesting outputs: • NivoAVD showed more fatigued compared with BV-AVD on treatment but did not meet ‘clin significant’ threshold. • BV-AVD showed excess neuropathy which had a clinically meaningful impact. #ICML25 #lymsm

Great talk by Davis Lewis. Should we perform ASCT in any patient with mantle cell lymphoma? He argues no - irrespective of MRD data or use of BTKi 1L. Study by Fenske et was MRD driven but only 9% MRD- & the +ve pts did about the same as the -ve. #BSH2025 @bsochaem.bsky.social
