There’s a gofundme locally raised a lot of money for flags for every lamppost. “Community” flags. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Looked thru contributors. Many are children of immigrants. The stupid runs deep. Grandkids and I decided to pop next door to Wicksteed for one last hurrah on the rides. I kitted them out with backpacks with water, raincoats etc. cos I’m sick of donkeying. ‘Every person carries their own kit’ I intoned. Long story short their backpacks are now clipped to hip belt on mine. Eeyore!

I often used to send MrsP photos from various eateries of the three empty chairs at my table, ‘Out with all my mates.’. Today she’s going to a spa so I said I’ll go to the food fair with all my mates (=alone). Spa is cancelled. So my mates and I have asked if she wants to join.
